| Es una versión de la ProLogue Four diseñada para explotar a fondo las posibilidades de las válvulas de potencia KT88. En consecuencia, en la ProLogue Five también encontramos una circuitería de corte clásico (con soldaduras punto a punto sólo en las ubicaciones que lo requieren) acompañada por soluciones muy avanzadas (caso del circuito adaptativo responsable del ajuste automático e instantáneo de la polarización –bias- de las válvulas) que la convierten una etapa de potencia estereofónica cien por cien a válvulas que hace gala de un estricto respeto por los valores audiófilos más tradicionales e intemporales. Al igual que la ProLogue Four, la ProLogue Five incorpora transformadores de salida encapsulados hechos a medida por una de las compañías estadounidenses más experimentadas en la materia (lo que permite minimizar los zumbidos y expandir la curva de respuesta en frecuencia por sus dos extremos), así como la presencia de condensadores de grado audiófilo (Nichicon, Realcap) en puntos clave, un circuito de arranque suave exclusivo (para maximizar tanto la vida útil como la fiabilidad de las válvulas) y, como es habitual en PrimaLuna, una construcción de gran clase. Gracias a ello, el ProLogue Five sorprende por la veracidad de su estética sonora incluso con cajas acústicas de sensibilidad moderada, lo que lo convierte en una electrónica ideal para quienes busquen muscalidad sin compromiso en un formato compacto y asequible.
